Link popularity for Web site is key in making strong rankings in Web sites such as Google and AltaVista search engines. Link popularity and the optimization of web pages basically go hand-in-hand to strengthen your rankings. Link popularity is basically when another web site links to you. When Leyline does link popularity research for you, complementary web sites are reviewed, as well as competition sites that are doing very well. Often Leyline will compile a list of 200 potential link exchange partners, and then bring that list to you for review. After that list is refined, an e-mail request will be created for each link potential, and their responses will be tracked.
